Susan Dodia, PMP Susan is an accomplished project/program management professional with proven leadership managing global initiatives. She is well versed in building cross-functional project teams and in coordinating all aspects of global process solutions from design to implementation to training and rollout. Susan has a proven track record as a critical change agent and skilled team leader, adept at establishing project management methodologies and at fulfilling key business objectives with energy and enthusiasm.Most recently, Susan worked as the Global Project Management Practice Leader for Quadrem, leading the Project Management Office across seven global business regions. In this role, she provided coaching and mentoring and evaluated effectiveness of project planning and management methodologies used for various projects.During her career, Susan has implemented Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, electronic commerce, and supply chain management systems. She has experience with gap analysis and resolution, process analysis, business analysis and documentation , end user training, customer support.
Susan has a B.S. in Journalism from University of North Texas and is an avid “armchair” journalist. She is currently working on a Master’s of Arts in Dispute Resolution and Conflict Management at Southern Methodist University. She is a Certified Mediator in the State of Texas. |
Cindy VanderSleen, PMP  Cindy is a certified project management professional and has held positions as an executive IT leader with progressive experience in information technology and project management disciplines. She led the development and support of all internal business function applications at the director level for Insight Enterprises (formerly Software Spectrum) for 15 years. Cindy’s legacy at Insight was to improve project performance by implementing strong project methodology, and has successful track records with many high profile enterprise implementations such as SAP and Oracle financials.She is also proficient at improving business processes through analysis and facilitated group redesign. She is an approachable business partner and compelling team leader, guiding teams to successful outcomes through problematic environments. She led teams successfully through several mergers, acquisitions, and offshore outsourcing initiatives.Cindy is an experienced international project ambassador, garnering support as global project sponsor for an enterprise Oracle implementation. One of her unique strengths is an ability to bring order, direction, calmness and clarity in the face of chaos and confusion.
Cindy has a degree in Mathematics from Texas Christian University and is passionate about mentoring young people who are interested in science and technology.
